1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using Samentry you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for making sure that using the platform is allowed where you live.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so contact us straight away if you think it has been accessed without your permission.

4. Copy trading

Samentry is a social trading platform. It lets you follow experienced traders, called Leaders, and copy their trading activity.

Past performance of a Leader does not guarantee future results. Copy trading carries a real risk of loss, and you remain responsible for your own decisions, including who you copy and how much you invest.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposits are made in cryptocurrency to the address shown on the Deposit page. Send only the currency and network shown, because funds sent to the wrong network or address may be lost.
• A deposit is credited only after it has been reviewed and approved. We may reject a deposit that we cannot verify.
• When you request a withdrawal, the amount is held from your balance straight away. It is returned to your balance if the request is rejected.
• You are responsible for the wallet address you enter. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, so check it carefully.
• Minimum amounts, network fees and processing times are shown on the relevant page before you submit a request and may change.

6. Fees

Fees, including network fees on withdrawals and any profit-sharing arrangements with Leaders, are shown on the platform before you confirm the action they apply to.

7. Risk

Trading forex, stocks, cryptocurrencies and other instruments is high-risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Only use money you can afford to lose. Please read our Risk Disclaimer.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• manipulate markets or use the platform for fraud or any unlawful purpose;
• provide false information or use another person's identity or account;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts or our systems;
• disrupt or overload the service, or interfere with how it works.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, at our discretion, if these Terms are breached or if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or unlawful activity. You can stop using the platform at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Samentry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for trading losses, arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the platform after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
